No they aren’t, different bikes, different requirements I would have a yarn to Mal there if I was you. I spoke with him this morning and said you would be in contact with him regarding a damper like you said.
If I was riding an XR400 or any 400 for that case I would run a Michelin Baja because the guys with the 400’s when we went to Cape York ran those (over 3.3K) and were impressed with wear, grip and no flats. Just my opinion

July 14, 2010 at 2:23 am #183661I cant afford a steering dampener, so I will fill my head stem full of water about a fortnight before and then tighten up the bearing preload in the head set and that should stop any tank slappers :laugh:
