September 19, 2010 at 8:11 pm #187442BumpNext meeting to discuss the final points of this trip will be at Berowa (Address to be PM’ed later) on Sunday the 26th of September at 10.30am. It would be best if as many of the people going attend this or be available for a conference style call at some stage
Also a weather update from elders
September 19, 2010 at 10:26 pm #182250Nick – Which Airhawk? there are 3 types.. Small and Medium (Polyvinyl) and Small (Neoprene)
September 19, 2010 at 10:31 pm #187619Jay sent me the pillion air hawk $159.95
the screen was for a Dr650 and sits nice and high it was $130
September 19, 2010 at 11:54 pm #187620Hmm.. That makes no sense? Pillion=Passenger..
September 20, 2010 at 12:29 am #187628The air hawk pillion would be for a cruiser passenger seat but fits perfectly on an enduro bike.
Trust me it does fit
September 20, 2010 at 12:54 am #187634Lotsa and I have the small cruiser seat cushion which works very well. It tapers towards the front, wider in the centre then tapers at the rear again but not as much as the front.
It allows you to move around quite easily and gives you a bigger support area in the middle when you are sitting which seams to work great.
Lotsa has the DR650, Mark1957 has a KTM625SXC and I have the KTM690 all with the small cruiser seat.Mick
September 20, 2010 at 1:05 am #187635Hi Mick
I looked at the small cruiser seat and it seemed to overhang the drz seat, do you think the dr and the ktm have wider seats to begin with ??September 20, 2010 at 2:12 am #187636Nick, the 690 seat is 190mm wide through most of its length and flairs out a bit to 230mm wide at the back. The LC4 640 seat (much the same as 625SXC) is about 220mm wide the length of the seat. not sure of DR650 width.
Even though the small cruiser Airhawk overhangs the sides of the seat, it still seems to give good support and effectively makes the seat wider.
I’ll get a photo and post it up later.Mick
September 20, 2010 at 4:42 am #182251TB,Let me know how many people required at Sunday’s meeting that can’t actually attend.I should be able to set up a bridge for them to dial into. All we need at Boulders is a hands free telephone. Hopefully Bouder has a land line we can use. The bridge will be Sydney based, so it’s a local call from his place. I have a H/Free phone if required.
I’m attending on behalf of Krusty with instructions to say either SURE or I SUPPOSECheers 02
September 20, 2010 at 5:42 am #187641September 20, 2010 at 5:43 am #187642I’m sure everyone living too far away to get to the meeting will agree,

Gaz has setup a CONFERENCE CALL NETWORK you will get a PM with a time on Sunday a phone number and a pin number. You will ring the phone number at the time, follow the prompts and enter the pin number and BANG!! Conference call like you are sitting there, without the visual side of course
Gaz isnt going on the ride but has already been a big help behind the scenes with this his generator etc
Would those not attending and require the details for the call in on Sunday morning please PM me
