Ok do today we left Charters Towers at 7.30 and shot up the Gregory development road, emus, roos and bloody big brama cattle (huge) we stopped at blue water roadhouse for a bacon and roll. Everyone was feeling better this morning.
We pushed on to Mt Surprise and what a surprise, nothing
Chicken had been on the phone via blue tooth helping getting the tyres we had at Normanton sent home and organising others for us at Mareeba. Thanks Chicken mate we couldn’t do this without you, and that’s a thanks from us all.
We flew into 2 wheels n wear for tyres Chicken had organised. Aaron there had the tyres fitted, chains lubed and we were gone in half an hour. Cheers Aaron he also offered us coffee in the morning and offers of single track riding better than Coffs if ever we want.
We went to a pub in the main drag had a couple of quiet ones before we found our digs for the evening.
Funny thing we bumped into a mate of  King Bollocks who as I type this is sharing some stories about our King

    Beers are flowing nicely  :P

We are planning to be camping at Musgrave station tomorrow evening. Check it out
