Catombal bike park Sunday 22 March 2009

Ok, we are looking for expressions of interest in a ride day at Catombal bike park on Sunday the 22nd of March. We need at least 10 riders to get the place booked for the day. So far I think I might have the base number covered but would love to see some old bulls there.

Cost $30 for the day. No food available on site but there is a good MX track, and heaps of trails ranging from easy to bloody hard!

If you are looking at doing the A4DE then this is a great chance to get some bike time in on some hard tracks. There is likely to be a group from Dubbo there, organised through the KTM shop.

Anyone interested please post up here so that I can confirm a booking with Mick at Catombal as soon as possible.

Shame its in March, my Mum and Nan will be out visiting. Maybe I should just bring them along

This is not a DBW ride, this is just a ride. The place normally opens at about 8:00 or 8:30 Al, we have no set start time yet. You are free to tag along with me or make your own group, whatever floats your boat.

Would love to ECKS really, also wouldnt matter if it was DBW or not was just interested, trouble is now after days effort next weekend will be a struggle for me regardless where it is

hay ecks went riding with a heap of ktm boys from dubbo today and they did not say anything about this ride will ask them and see if they are keen there was only orange and blue on that ride

They may not have been invited yet Al, I told Mick to ask them all week but he’s pretty slack. I called his dad on Friday and he’s going to talk to Mendham on Monday so the message should get to them then. But feel free to tell them as well!
