    Whats the opinion on lower chain guides ?

    Is a roller better or a guide ?

    Mines gone awol.

    2banga, I learnt early in life two things you don’t take for granted.

    1-Women
    2-Chain guides and rollers.

    And you shouldn’t go riding without out both in their place.

    If it had one, it gets another one.

    Was leaning towards the guide as no moving parts,just re new the plastic from time to time.

    Yep, used to have rollers on the old trials bikes, they just fill up with dirt and stop rolling
