Charity starts at home, look after your own

It has recently come to our attention that one of our long standing members has come upon some hard times. Due to some health issues both him and his family are facing a long road ahead. Originally we were intending on using the Tuff Jug donations, at the Birthday ride for a donation towards the Kidney Foundation but due to the recent turn of events, we are sure you guys wouldn’t mind if we used the donations to help fund some of the medical expense that await our mate. It would be great if you guys could dig deep and donate towards what we feel is a very worthy cause on the weekend, whilst you throw a donation in the Tuff Jug you might do so willingly, in the thought that you are very lucky not to be in a similar situation.

Great idea, we should always look after our own

When your out on a ride you may not know some of the other guys you are riding with but thats not going to stop you helping them out if they have bike troubles or are injured, why not, people have me, so when it comes to a fellow rider in this situation
like this than we would be more than happy to help.
Definatly look after our own.

There will be prizes auctioned next weekend for the Tuff Jugg to help our fellow old bull whom I reckon couldn’t do enough to help one of us if the roles were reversed
