Oer the last couple of days i have just stripped Chickens spare engine ready for a complete overhaul. She is getting the full works. The spare engine has a 100mm Wiseco piston which increases the capacity to 628cc and a good ported large finned cylinder head which is being serviced. The cylinder is good and will receive a light hone then fitted with a new set of piston rings. Unfortunately the crankshaft has had a hit from a previous rebuild and may need replacing as it has 0.90mm of run out at the pimary gear end.

Gear box is reasonable with the main replacement items being the counter shaft and one selector fork as well as sealsHere are some initial pics.
More as it progresses.
Cheers,
Lefty
