A few of us pre road some of the trails we will be riding on the friday , it was a tough but good day.
There was a drowned bike , a DNF and several stacks resulting in damaged shoulder , bruised ribs , and a torn pectoral three out of four were hurt ,Rosco33 was the only one unscathed (and he doesnt wear armour).
We tidied up some of the promised land single track and cut in some new stuff then rode up four mile.
Here are a few pics to wet the appetite , there are some vids to come.

Four mile its harder than it looks

    Never never

Believe it or not this gentle slope took us 20 min of skulldragging to get up ( red clay) and its hardly rained for two weeks. Luckily well be going the other way on the 27th.

I dont know what its like anywhere else but on the north coast its 75% yamaha , 15% KTM , 5% Husaberg , 5% honda .In fact in 5 years of riding up here ive only ever seen 2 CRFs in the bush??? although i see a few on the back of utes.

I was going to fit my crap set of plastics but after a few rides with Ev it is hard to tell the good set from the bad.
I plan to drive down Thursday arvo and then ride the Friday. Sounds like a good crew is getting together for this one. I will bring,my GoPro and my compact and document the inevitable carnage.
