Coffs harbour- Bonville ride 16th November

Gents- its been a while!!!!! But the prawn is BACK
I must say the avatars on site are bloody brilliant- especially yours LC4Skin, i was taken away to somewhere special!@#!%$@%.

Gents-we are looking at a ride up at Bonville on the 16th November. We are staying on mates property , (whom has recently cut in a heap of single trail for us to run in and provide feedback on his trail building skills). After which we will be making a b line toward the hilly country behinid his house – to see what Coffs harbour has to offer.

I am not sure what ride category it is to date- i will post as soon as i know
Six riders have booked in so far, All non OB riders- but we can change that!!
If your keen let me know- we are staying near the castle- just off crossmaglen road, overnighters will be camping (swag , tent etc) only 2 minute ride up the road to Coffs harbours finest. GO THE PRAWN

If your keen – give me a yell on the mobile, (0410704549), not sure how ride conditions willbe— -We have just had a GOOD amount of rain, so i am hoping we get a couple of hot days prior to saturday morning – otherwise it will be as slippery as hell,,,,,One of the Blokes heading up from port has hurt his back at work- so it looks like we will have an ESKY BEARER or DINNER MAID, as he is still keen to come up but not bringing his ride.

Still 3 of us coming up from PORT MAC, 2 comin from Grafton and 2 from Coffs – leading the ride- so 7 in total to date.

We will heading up on Friday night, for early morning start sat, Talk about early short sun ride if anyone is keen on the morning. :laugh: :woohoo:

It will be slick mate!! It is pissing it down in Coffs. The terrain around here handles the water so as long as you have a break in the weather from Friday you should be fine.

Forecast not looking to good for riding on the weekend. Mick reckons bago holds the rain pretty good so can tag along if you cancel Coffs.

I would be keen, but im still a while off riding after an accident, I would like to meet a fellow trail builder from around here.
I live 5 mins away and Bonville is my favourite spot, it has some of the best single track ive ever riden

Guys and girls

For anyone that was interested, Coffs is forcast for some heavy rainfall for the up and coming weekend – so gent whom has put ride together has called it off. (words were- too steep too greasy and may be toooo wet) / ontop of the rain we have already had)We will be trying to get together in a fortnights time for anyone who is keen, i will used the same old posting- for anyone whos keen!!! until then….

Mick- u hitting singles or open trails/ mix of both…. better question woudlbe are you taken the big girl out or the little machine??????????????????
