coming back from injury…..

Over the last month or so…………..I

1. Got a oil soaked splinter under my ring finger ,toothpick size? :pinch: :pinch:. hospital 👿

2. Two weeks later i did a grade 3 hamstring surfing..2 weeks on crutches ,,3 months recovery.hospital. 👿

3. Ripped, big toe nail of moving bike in shed.hospital. 👿

Since xmas ive been very busy doing nothing but recovering…….

Two days ago my physio lady gave me the all clear to get on the bike…. :woohoo: :woohoo: .
