I’M with Ebike, and Ecar too. half price of Suncorp. Some say never use one that doesnt have an office near by..however, none use an office for claims anynmore. It’s all done on the phone. Suncorp were very quick to process a claim for me though..Just Too frkn dear to use.

Sorry should have given Price idea.$400 ( touch under) for Ebike..full comprehen. 40+yr old..1 claim. Suncorp wanted almost 700. Bike is an 07 husky te 610. For those curious..Ebike is underwritten by Lloyds of London…means jack Sh** now with the worlds finances gone to the dogs…especially England….. .

Being underwritten by Lloyds of London is a good enough reason for me not to take insurance with said company ;)

They are fabled for being poor to deal with regarding claims. That and the fact they are on the other side of the world.

My parents had big issues with home insurance (twice) with a policy underwritten by them.

Thanks for the heads up. I will look at going back to suncorp then. They had everything sorted inside of a week. Pitty the bike shop weren’t worth a pinch of Sh**. Have since decided by bike bussiness goes to new shop.

No worries, have to look after the OBT memebers. That’s what makes the site so good, we can share these little stories and experiences to help each other out :)
