Did you guys stay the night at Jaspers Peak Retreat?? If so how much do they charge for the night?? If you go out the road a bit further past the retreat (2km) that is where the HVMCC hold their pony express at the Mount Seaview homestead. There is an awesome camping ground there at Mt Seaview. A good spot for an Old Bull get together.

Where abouts was the shop with the pie lady taken? Was that Elands store?

Yes we stayed at Jaspers Peak Retreat. It was $70 ea for 2 to a room with dinner & breakfast & Yoga people with guitar & bongo drums for entertainment. I dont think they minded us interupting them from their Yoga meditation setion, 9 Bikes rolling in all excited.

The lady in the pic was at the shop at Ellenborough falls and had the best home made pies. I would have taken a pic of the blackberry pie but it was devoured in no time the we started on the caramel pie and finished that for her as well.
