Other side of the forest now I have heard it all    Remember Corey, we just asked the King and he took us across the forest, sure I crashed first attempt that day tumbled some say :cheer: :P But we had a go didn’t we

Jacko you told me at 9.30 you were going to bed

And if we fail we just pick up our “heavy” bikes like real men and have another go.

How about 20 minutes after that when we gave STM a hard time in the super tight stuff and you rode past him on a 650?

yeah those 250’s seem to be the way to go. maybe they should try a riding school first

Is it just taking the piss or do people realy think European bikes break down more and are more expensive to repair these days??

Modern day high revving 4 strokes of any brand or country of origin need plenty of maintenance and money spent on them.

I had the FE550 for a while there LC and the only thing to fail on it was the battery which, by the way cost me $199.00 to replace as a genuine Husaberg battery. Only thin was I found the exact same battery in Battery World for $35 a month later. I replaced the guard that goes around the front of the swing arm to stop the chain hitting on the aluminium and the little dished washers were $8.00 each.

Maybe they don’t break down the way they used to but they still tear you a new arsehole every time you buy genuine replacement parts. :D :D

After the short experience i had with a berg it would be safe to say i would never buy one again. Maybe i was just unlucky.

Aido, if you had the same experience with a Yamaha you would never buy one of those again either.

Sometimes you just get a lemon.

aido’s bike was probably a Friday Arvo bike. Then again The Rowan had a shit load of hassles with his 450 Husaberg. seems good now though.

I honestly dont think the guy i bought it from would have sold it knowing the problems the bike would have,
but fuck it was frustrating while i had it
