May 4, 2015 at 1:33 am #260440I’ve never known this thread to be left alone for so long, what’s the story? Are we somehow less full of shit lately?
May 4, 2015 at 8:33 am #261755On holidays. So what do you do on holidays – dragged demus and Polly out to cut in new trails. Completed the first 4 km of a new single trail and found / broke ground on the next 5 km which is always the hardest pArt. Prob walked best part of 10 km and relocated a 1000 logs. End result will be a cracker 14 km single trail in one hit. Gave up on idea of FMx bits. Too rooted to think about it.
Restoring fluid levels now ready for another day tomorow with a bit less walking and more riding.
May 4, 2015 at 9:36 am #146288Saw Polly at the petrol station yesterday. He looked well, although a bit nervous….sorry this is cowpat….
HE WAS SHITTING FUCKING RAZOR BLADES

I assume this was up near the cabin? I am surprised that you could get up there today as when I washed the ute and trailer I had brought all the gravel off the road
The singles were fine up there though and a good training day. For some next generation old bulls.May 5, 2015 at 8:25 am #261760Sorry cannot reveal location but can say the junior bulls will be able to access it. Hope they can jump logs ! All trail is now complete Not as long as I thought it would be but ex quality with a mix of open fast natives and very technical stuff along with a fast down and up hill section. All new and only ridden by the three old farts that cut it in and I mean cut it in. Highlight of the day was a spotted quoll taking residence in demus’s ute. Man they are agro little fuckers.
May 5, 2015 at 9:07 am #261761Sounds good Snow. 3 of us were up there on Saturday flying about.
May 5, 2015 at 10:26 am #146289Well done Snowy, Polly & Damus.
It will most likely be a highway by the time I ride it.Rick
May 6, 2015 at 8:01 am #261762Hey it will be worth the wait and your directions made a huge contribution. We would never found a way across the creek otherwise. There are so many options there for extra bits or loops running of this new one. Just so many options.
I think an overnight camp on the 23 rd would be a great way to get the mob involved to set up a perm camp site and to set up some loops for the kids.
May 7, 2015 at 10:39 am #146290Can’t wait to go for a crack on those trails. Some of the singles around pulfords road are sweets with great ruts and berms forming. With the bit of moisture around lately would be a good time to cut in the new trails.
May 7, 2015 at 9:03 pm #261770Well done Snowy and crew. Need ya’s down our way to clear our singles.
Hope to make it up that this year.
Cheers
