Quick update from team ‘Crash’ (that doesn’t sound right)

Had a call from TB wanting to know the crew cheifs name from the movie Talladega Nights as Crash wants to use the name for his Pit Bitch (TB). Quick google search came up with ‘Lucius Washington’.

Crashs pit bitch will now be known as Luscious Lucius.

You can just imagine the blah Honda blah Honda blah that would be going on at Condo right about now. The boys would have had the chance to jam a rum or two into them by now.

Kinda wish I was there. :(

    Update from TB and Fireman.

Donna spoke to TB this arvo and he had this to say.

    Day 1 condo

Crash went through a fence, did a faire bit of damage to the bike. Running alright, bit of trouble with his map reader.

Dave ecks brother in law on his Husky is going really well through the field.

    Very dusty

Quite a few serious accidents, quite a few people through some fences.

I got a text from Fireman saying his rider Sam Laws(33) is out after going over the handle bars.

Sam doesn’t have a real good finishing record at any of the last few races he’s ridden at Condobolin

I rang TB this arvo and they are on the way home. Crash did good. Come off a few times and had some issues with his decomp cable. TB has heaps of photos to upload.

Congrats Crash for finishing. No results on the web site yet. http://www.condo750.com.au/

Half the fun of doing Condo is staying for the Dinner & presentation…. Shame they missed it

Hoo boy, what a great weekend! Dave started in position 68 and finished a very respectable 42, Crash I’m not sure of yet, other than he DID finish despite carby troubles in the last stage – which cleared up as he got into the transport section!

Plenty of piccies – which deserve a dedicated thread and will get one, but here’s a couple of Crash doin’ the do!

Stage 3, Day 1, nearly at the end. Crash on the fly!

TB made him wear the polka dot jersey and it didn’t do poor Crash any favours!

Oh, and Rod Faggoter won, with the Smith brothers in 2 and 3 – but I don’t recall who was 2 and who was 3!

Top effort Rod! Good to see him get up after a very unlucky run at the Aussie Safari last year! B)

I am sorting through 250 pictures at the minute and will star loading in between packing to go away this arvo for the 4 day after getting home last night

    Few details

Yes Crash went through a fence day one first stage if I remember right dust was wicked

Top speed day one 156 kph :P

Top speed day two 166 kph :P

Carby problem in the last 20kms of the last stage and him lost the 4 positions he made in the start of the stage :S

Thanks to Brett (fireman for his help)

Righto we left home here at about 11ish good Friday and I drove us out to Condo, mindful of the warning about double points weekend cheers Dan
Once at Condo we selected a camping area and set about camping area, problem one for the weekend, yes we had all the gear expect a bike stand  Lochie took the two new front tyres we had a starcross S3 and an AC10 down to the GHR setup and spoke with Simon about tyre choice, AC10 it was.

Once done ran the bike and his helmet to scrutineering
