my dislike as far as getting bike licence is the fact of being charged twice to change licence 25 bucks for L,s & the same for mature age licence ijust gotin before rule change 5 riders on the day 3 failures for putting feet down instead of falling over.

to me “bling” is the sound a spanner makes when you apply too much pressure and it slips off and hit the concrete floor!
or when you’re riding a 2smoker and throttle off= bling . bling . bling . blingbling bling bling bling.
DONT USE IT THEN, no problem
what the spanner or the 2 smoker!?
no i don’t and won’t use the term.
but i still have to put up with everyone else blinging on about their blinging flash look good bits:P

June 11, 2009 at 4:27 am #139059Turnips and swedes, still dislike them, nothing much has changed.
Lota licence issues here, having said that the worst roadbike riders I see are mature aged “cruiser’ jockeys’ many of them have no idea, have seen two take tumbles in the last twelve months making very basic mistakes.
Having a car licence for 30 years doesn’t prepare you for a motorcycle methinks.Bruce C.

You can probably blame that on Wild Hogs, Bruce.
Then again I have seen quite a few “mature aged dirtbikers” take a tumble or two in the last year.

sounds like a porn movie.
Have to agree with the above posts. I was not asked once about any road rules when I went for my Ps
Yes I have driven for 20 something years in a car, and I still do not want to ride my bike on the road.
Old mate was more interested in if he was reading from the pamphlet properly rather than if we knew what we were doing. As for bling
xy you and I agree on at least one thing.

4. that greenies are so well organised with there anti – dirtbike/4wd campains, and have political power to back it up.

June 11, 2009 at 11:51 am #111465police just kicked protesters out of the forest. chained themselves up a tree via log skidder. the private owner could not even take it and work elsewhere.
there is supposed to be a rare parrot in the red gums.
they want all logging stopped that has been sustained for the past 150 years.
while camping in the forest to protest they were burning red gum in the camp fire.
