Yeah right Champo. Neither of you will ever learn anything from me in regards to riding (except maybe the right technique to throw the bike down and kick it whilst having a hissy fit  )
But in regards to the hills, I have to mention that I did all of the hard tracks last Monday, not the easy ones. I had to have a go at 2 hills twice but I still got up. It’s funny because I don’t mind going up the hills but when it comes to going back down I’m hopeless. Even though I know I can do the hard options for the track I am not sure if I might just take the easy tracks on Sunday in the interest of time. Then again, maybe not. We’ll see.

Yes Boony, TB is right. Parachute Hill although f$@#ing unbelievably steep and long, was smooth. One of the hills that you go down on this ride is just snotty. No other way to explain it. But there is a really easy way around it. And this one is only about 10 metres long, not 50 kilometres.
August 13, 2009 at 11:58 am #148201I was talking about the one up to the tower Kylie, and I am going to send them up a different way on that one as well

AnonymousMal from Sutto’s while not joining us on this ride has donated the folowing items for a lucky door prize. Each rider will be given a raffle ticket at the pre ride brief just after we leave the start point. The lucky door prize will be drawn at lunch time and prize can be collected at the end of the ride.
However to claim your prize you have to wash my bike, TB’s and Kylies bike to a showroom shine, lube the chains and clean and oil our filters. If there is any of your prize left after that you can take it home
A big thankyou to Mal and all at Suttos
