i got a gsx 1000 01 02 muffler came with pipe i am going to fit it to my dr650 thats done 2,300 at moment, when i can afford a dj kit also will install all at once, so i have the square plate that bolts to muffler with pipe joined still but larger than the standard dr pipe by far, can i use my gasless mig 8mm wire to weld it if needed not sure on the metal, was thinking maybe trying to get pipe somewere and try and join it up if metal is ok to weld with my mig, and were in australia can i get a mid pipe if i have too, every thing i seen for the job is in usa and cost is just not worth it by the time i post it over, kientech got a setup for $220 but again postage on top just to much, guys must have done this pipe mod here in australia , any one got help or info please, im in adelaide northern suburbs. love getting back to home over in victoria to ride though.
