    Hey Guys, been a while – finally getting back to getting the DRZ back together, anyone out there answer questions on the transmission? i get the forks all in right spot but it jams when trying to engage the 2nd gear??.

    gunna keep playing but am stumped

    Seems to be going together ok, but realised I have a couple of pins and a washer left over lol DOH!

    Mate I had a similar thing with the XR, was jamming. Turns out there were 2 washers to go onto 2 separate shafts in the trans, with annoyingly similar specs but with the help of calipers turns out not quite. I ended up giving it to a mechanic in town who sorted it for me for not too much given the potential hassle. And when you get spares you can then say something to them ;)
