    After some advice regarding helmets.

I have to get a new helmet and as I have to wear glasses when I ride, I’m always cursed by my glasses fogging up behind my goggles. I was wondering if a dual sport helmet with visor would cause less glasses fogging. I have tried every alleged cure and never found any thing that works

I looked at a bell dual sport the other day but it seemed heavy compared to a straight trail bike helmet.

Also do the visors scratch up like goggles lenses.

Any suggestions on trail bike helmets under $400 would also be appreciated. ( wife says my heads not worth any more than that)

    Cheer snowy

Screen helmets fog worse than googles Snowy. Try a pair of Scott twin lenses or get a pair or prescription googles. No need for glasses

Thanks tb. Have tried twin lens and they seem OK for while but after awhile it just seems same as singles. Thought about script goggles but if they fog and you remove them then I’d run into even more trees. Only luck I have had is with skidoo goggles from Canada so it looks like it’s back to them and a mx helmet.

I can loan you a adventure helmet to try (after I was the liner for you) if you think it’s worth a go

Appreciate the offer mate but I’ll just go with a new mx helmet as I have to replace the old one before I can ride again and I want to get out this week or early next week.

Eye surgery was the cure for glasses fogging for me. One of the best things I’ve done. 10 years on now and still brilliant.

I got the Scott goggles and think they are good.

No fog is good but I need to spray some more on as I have taken it of with windex  and if I can get the dual lens I will.
