Seeing how the temp dropped and we had a little rain, we thought we might get out for a bit of a ride.
Did about 60kms, mostly open stuff except for some great loops out near Thrillseekers place 👿 :woohoo: The creek tracks were really dry and it made it a lot easier. Dude went well except for a couple of problems. Fun to be out on the bike again.
Here are a couple of pics.

I must say” I greatly dislike summer”

    Too hot and too dusty.

but it rained and temps were under 30 so away we go.

The tracks on the way out to the creek tracks were rutted out due to rain and new lines had to be taken, anyway out to the creek tracks and surprisingly not much traffic over these tracks

good track except for 1 small section that was highlighted .

    Good to ride trailbikes again……..

so have to wait till the next cold front, may even do some bike maintenance…. B)

Murph will have to catch up for a ride asap mate. I will be able to show you the rest of the tracks out there. 20km tough loop. Make sure the fan is working :)

The tracks aren’t rutted Dude as no else expect me and a few mountain bikers ride in there.

    And these guys 👿

Didn’t see any of those guys out there, Thrillseeker.
Looks to steep for a subdivision??
We did have a little look around and we came down to Dam 8, I have no idea where we were. But its not a big place so I guess you couldn’t really get lost.
Would like to catch up soon, Thrillseeker. But only if the temperature is down. I’m not keen for hard riding in 30C+

430 lot sub division mate :(((((((((((((((((((((((((((

There was a left hand turn next to the dam 8 that takes you back up the valley again. Hard to see as it isn’t run in to well. Very very steep hill at the end with no run up :/

100% bit hot at the moment for the tite stuff. When we get some cool weather / rain will catch up for a ride.

I was wondering what this scar on the hill was all about , now I know . That’s happening all over the area , damn developers are doing everything they can to turn the area into suburbia .

I reckon that hill would be riddled with Mine subsidence issues , I would not buy land there for love nor money !
