And, I am supposed to learn what?????
I am slow ….I ride a KTM….is that it????
No…. now I get it…..Honda’s can only ride with other Honda’sJanuary 4, 2009 at 10:12 am #116525I reckon my Honda went bloody good today. It did every thing all the other brands did today on our ride. Although I did see a KTM having a few issues. And a Yamaha now I think of it, But that could have been operator error as 4 stokers shouldn’t be revved as hard as a 2 banger.
January 4, 2009 at 10:15 am #116545Yeah just thought it was interesting when I saw it, thought it maybe funny so thats why I named it what I did

January 4, 2009 at 11:27 am #116559You didn’t believe me when I said I was not Hard core, but hard on machines.
It’s my brother in laws bike and you think he would learn, I have killed 3 bikes on him now, although this one is not dead….yet.
January 4, 2009 at 11:31 am #116560lol, you are a unit, what did it do, Mick said it was leaking oil between the cases??
The TTR I prepared and Hammer raced in the Condo spent some 60kms of bitumen 1/2 a rev of the limiter on the transport back to the show ground at the end of 300kms of racing and that didn’t kill it.
Maybe you need a Honda, really serious mate

January 4, 2009 at 11:45 am #116563shane_vor, I am used to him and his antics, he is being lulled into a false sense of security,
TB, I have put 3 tanks through it in the last four days and I would say just about all of the time was spent on the limiter(there are few shaking their heads around here at the moment, I would just pull the clutch in to stop the drive , change direction and dump it back into drive again, all the time not letting up on the throttle. That Ba ba ba ba of the limiter really puts poeple off, It was only the last 30 ks or so that it got a little ugly, the caring type that I am I made sure I beat the shit out of it on the way back
seriously, I suspect some blow by and pressurising of crankcase could be happening, will check crankcase vent, will make a felpro gasket for it tommorow and glue the bastard together, all good

AnonymousI liked the vid, makes me want to get back on the bike too
I don’t mind the Honda’s, it’s only when TB raves on balh, bl;ah, blah about them that I feel the need to stick up for any other bike! -
