EOI for the south end of the Wato’s Mon 18-1-10

Hoping to get a ride this Monday 18-1-10 at the south end of the Wato’s
Diddel, Ollie, Chiefgili and I have put together a loop consisting of singles, snotty hills and fire trails :woohoo:
Ready to ride from Dunks Lane at 8:00
Grade will be 4+
About 80km loop

Unable to attend but those contemplating attendance :blink: do it!
Also when you come to a down hill section that zig zags down be ready to lead Murph right at the next intersection and up the proceeding hill to attempt to re gain his purse which was left at the bottom last time :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:.

Not sure if its off Maculata or Whitemans Ridge :unsure: Its after the Zig Zag down Whitemans
Not a single but quite a test piece. I watched Diddel get it on the second attempt :woohoo: I suppose I will have to have a go next Monday Will have to fit into the loop somehow :unsure:

Bad luck with our shifts not aligning though, maybe next time
It may only be me and my kid for Monday
Still depends if it rains again before then as more rain would make some of the singles unpassable We have been caught down some af those gullies before in the wet and it wasn’t fun :angry:
Ollie it may be the hill your thinking of but this one isn’t loose its just bare rock and steep with ledges :ohmy:

At the top (where I went :laugh:) it was a T intersection and left headed into the same direction we went, so I can only assume it keeps going that way.
If it does it’d be good to have the original way as a “tail between legs” alternative :laugh:.

Nope, its got rocky rough run up, off camber smooth rock face, ledge, off camber rock face, ledge then throws it up with multiple ledges. Top bit of hill!

We are now riding Tuesday 19-1-10
Plan B – Part A Ride from Dunks lane ready to ride 8:45
– Part B Ride from the Basin if we have too much rain for Part A to successfully go ahead. Decision will be made on the day. Basin Run will commence at 9:00 and will be updated very early Tuesday morning.

Riders for Plan B – Part A and/or Part B :blink: :huh:
