Expressions of interest for Stockton Beach ride 28th, 29th July

As has been mentioned in another thread, there are a few people that may have a faint interest in riding at Stockton Beach

I mentioned that it would be good to run at a low tide to allow riders not comfortable on the soft sand and dunes to have a nice cruise down on the hard packed sand while others “cut fully sick” in the dunes.

Looking at tides around August the lows are all too early or too late and the best dates I can find that also align with my weekends off are the 28th and 29th of July.

It was also mentioned that it could be a Mountains and Ocean weekend. If that is what we end up doing I will need someone to lead the Mountains day of the ride.

So who’s in?.

Sure count me in, its a little under two weeks after I get back from Cape York but Salina will be sick of me by then :laugh:

Mick its two hours in the car from your place, who are you going to get to drive you this time :whistle: :laugh: The big 650’s go well in the sand actually and I will bring the 650 (well I think I will )

Camp? surely there is a five star resort in the Nelson Bay area that would welcome a bunch of respectable middle aged men. :whistle: I’m thinking heated pool with a bar or a spa and a comfy king sized bed.
