These also work on CRF450x as well I have one on my 450x as it was getting hot in the snotty stuff and it has helped.I have also fitted the to a few KTM50sx used in trials events at my young blokes club after seeing quite a few of the 50sx overheat as the kids have no idea about how hot a bike gets and would sit there waiting to go through the next section with the bike Idleing a bliping the throttle and no it don’t matter how many times you tell them turn them off while ya waiting some just don’t get it so I made up a few kits and fitted them to a couple of the mini’s and it help on them big time just made up a battery pack out of 2 9v batteries hooked up in series to give 18votls and put a switch on the bars and the kids turn on the fan and away they go if they are a bit smart they get right through the events with battery left over then just recharge the batteries for the next time they do trials and all is sweet. The fans lasted a couple of years even with the 18volts and washing with a hose and all the just keep going.

:P The 650r does not overheat,
just change the radiator cap to one from a KX80.
And change the thermostat to a 99 model suzuki swift (thats a car) :)

Yeah I have only changed the cap, I only ever had mine boil twice that was before I changed the cap.
