    Ok I have a few item up for sale,(Hope this is ok admin)Just want to put it out there.

    Great location,great returns,UNI about to open next door.2 year lease remains.With extention.
    Port Macquarie,No competition in area.Asking $55000.

    Investment property in Kempsey,1klm from the river,currently rented at $165 per week.
    Could ask a lot more,but tenant does odd jobs for cheaper rent.
    Asking $180000.
