Another great arvo was had at Moose’s place yesterday, Moose had cut a new grass track in for the kids to rip up. Spectators were thick on the ground too, RiderX, Gasit and his girls, Mooses’s brother John were there and the mums where there with their jatz and dip.
A great social arvo ensued with a few beers under the shade of a big Camphorlaurel tree as we watched the kids have a great time.

Moose’s son George couldn’t resist the opportunity to ride Moose’s new ebay purchase a IT175J, he even went all retro, notice the Go The Rat Yamaha jersey.

It wasn’t long before things started to get a bit silly as the boys started to go hard and race a bit.

There were some entertaining moments as a duel between a 2008 CRF150R and a 26 year old IT175 ensued.

To everyone’s amazement, 12 year old George on the IT rounded the CRF150 up, bearing in mind that the 14 year old on the CRF is no slouch.
At this time we thought it best to get the boys off the track before someone got hurt or the IT blew up.
The girls then took to the track, with Taylah not sparing the horses on the newly aquired PW80

By 8pm the kids were knackered and were ready for a swim. What a great way to spend a hot summer’s evening!!

I would say that is where we will be tomorrow arvo from about 4.30 as well. Gasit’s girls looked keen for a go at the new track.

Go the IT, cool as, I love a good grass track, good photos and a quality post all round Mick

Good to see Taylah can now enjoy a decent ride without the orange lemon, burning a stator out because she rides it for more than 10mins, or you worrying about it exploding!

    Excellent

It was funny, as we all stood around reminising about the days when the IT’s ruled the trails.
Some funny stories were shared as well.

It doesn’t take long and your kids are eyeing of bigger and better bikes. No sooner did Taylah (who is 7) learn to change gears on the PW80, she was cutting laps on a DRZ125 and rounding the other kids up.
