If they are lame enough to try and sue you, you try and do them for trespass saying you never gave them permission to ride there

    It’s like a big game…..but not really :(

Pretty hard to argue if ya made them sign a form. :)

Even then the penalty for tresspass is minimum and they will still have the right to sue. Aint lawers fucked things up for all.

I wasn’t advocating that you did it after signing a waiver. Agreed, lawyers are detrimental to the functionality of society. A bit like traffic cops :P

Not really, if you dont break the law trafic cops dont normally worry you, but lawyers can and will.

I always tought public liability insurance on your property covers boofheads who get injured on your property. The insurance companies then go you if there’s a degree of contributary negligence on the insured’s part.

Happy to be proven wrong though.

How’s this for a verbal agreement then? “Yeah come in and ride ere, no dramas. I know you won’t sue me if you get hurt. If you fall off and look hurt I’ll make two phone calls. One to the cops reporting you for trespassing and the second to the ambos…cause I’m a good bloke!”

Rest assured if I fall off not only do I not have the inclination to sue…I don’t possess the funds! But then when you ride a Vor one can’t afford to fall off too much!!!

Some members of the constabulary are known to me;) Although I wasn’t directing such comments about traffic colleagues at anyone in particular, just generally.

They don’t like Subaru’s and have a chip on their shoulder lying about the fact my indicators work
