The original gritty on the front of the narny is due for retirement, open for suggestions for a good replacement, bit sick of loosing the front on them tight corners you hit at speed.

Second choice, and wear great, practiced 400kms before the Condo 750, raced the Condo 750 and then rode the bike home to Sydney from Condo 6 1/2 hrs on bitumen (tow car blew up and had to work the next day) and trail rode it for a further 1000kms never had a drama, good thing

I use Dunlop 756 and it seems to go alright. Medogrocket on here uses the 952 on his 450 berg, he tried the 756 and didn’t like it.

I have good things about the S12 too. Might try one next time.

I have heard that Michelin M12’s S12’s etc are being released with a new longer wearing rubber compound or something like that, If you are getting one see if you can get new stock as all new stock should be the new compound.

    Cheers
    Chris.

What I like about the Dunlop 952 is the grip and the knobs dont break off or tear apart.

The banana bikes can also do with 10mm extra length on the rear shock, it improves the steering angle and is simple to do for someone who knows shocks I believe.
Mine was done by Chris at Southlakes Motorcycles (Morisett)

I went down the local shop yesterday to get an S12 fitted after several OB recomendations but the retailer said that I should give the Metzeler M5 a run on the back and M4 on the front.

Do I wait for Michy’s to come in to stock or just go the Metzeler so that I have new tread for the weekend?

    Cheers
