ha ha ha we weren’t racing I would have passed you earlier if we had been racing instead I eating all the shit behind you! :woohoo:

Those bars sure are strange feeling things mate, don’t know if I could get used to them ? I asked Damien if he used them for vibration and he said ” It was the take the shock out of your arms when you hit stuff” So Moto’s softcock rubbers for homo’s would be better for vibration. When I test rode the KTM640 adventure it had rubber covered foot pegs because the big LC4 engine vibrates like forty bastards, also Champos TM I rode for 200 meters and it felt like it would make me sick the vibration (that was me softcocking it)

I have had RSI(OOS) in both wrists yet have been able to continue to ride a smoker by using Pro-taper bars, Pro-taper pillowtop grips and rubber inserted between the top clamp mount and handle mounts, absolutelly works brilliantly, weighted bar plugs help too if you can get them to suit, used them on all my roadies as well.

Personally I find the Gas gas smokers a bit soft in everything, softish in power delivery, softish in the springers and a bit lazy on the steering, but still 1000000000x betterer than the WR/CRF/EXC450 type top of the popularity charts bikes.

Honestly,I dont enjoy riding fourstrokes in the tight single trail, they just wear me out,The power/weight of the Gasser is near on perfect for me. Sorry I didnt know we were racing:blink: I was seeking revenge on Sunday but you didnt show;)

    2 strokes forever!!:woohoo:

I noticed a MASSISVE change in your riding Ollie when you got out on the RMX. You went so much quicker with it. And now on the Gas Gas you peddle along real well too. I was behind you a fair bit on the Wauchope ride and remember thinking that I never saw you ride the WR that quick.

It wouldn’t hurt to try the flex bars out mate. Grabbo saying they are weird maybe enough for TB to go knock one off but doesn’t mean a great deal to the rest of us.

yeh might be worth giving it a go or go with Mr blues tips. Because of my lack of digits on my right hand I tend to hangon a bit tighter with my left, has anyone tried those sponge rubber grips?

If Suzuki bought out another RMX Id be first to put up my hand for one, very underated, thats why I wont sell my old one, I love it
