Gday from a new member! Postie Bike Challenge

Gday All, I’m Gus, I work with Greg but over in Adelaide. Im brand spanking new to the world of adventure riding. About to embark of the the annual Postie Bike Challenge, on the 26th of September – 6th October. We are travelling from Brisbane to Darwin on CT110’s (!!!!!!) with a support crew and lambswool seat cover for the arse blisters. 11 days, 4000km at 75kph (max.

Normally, I ride a BMW G650GS (Single) and am in the process of slowly pimping it up for long trips across the state.

As far as the postie bike challenge go’s I’ll keep Greg in the loop with some updates when I have coverage and I will also post my journal when I get back. Also planning a comprehensive video of highlights and hopefully not too many spills. But you never know with those skinny tyres!

Hey Gus welcome mate Keep the updates during the ride. Remember thats a ridiculously long way on a postie, but it is a Honda so it will make it no worries 7.5 raw horsepower :laugh:
