The stitching in my gloves strarted to come apart. I rang them up & they sent me a new pair.
April 20, 2010 at 2:26 am #176496I have a pair of fox dirt paws that I have had for 3 years that have only just worn through the palm on my right hand in a couple of spots. I also have a pair of shift gloves that I have had since the 4 day in 2006 and haven’t a hole or torn stitching. Most of the cheaper gloves I have tried have fallen apart fairly quickly from experience. The shift ones are the best I have used IMO. None of my gloves have the knunkle protection things though as I dont like it

April 20, 2010 at 7:52 am #176538I have a pair of shift XL gloves going cheap if someone needs some,,too big for my delicate hands
April 20, 2010 at 8:40 am #176544I bought a pair of the Bullpit gloves and they seemed good but were too small for my big hands.
I gave them to Old Al and he loves them, wears them all the time now.I bought the BMW GS gloves which have venting and 3 types of real leather as well as the usual synthetic stuff and the usual 2 yr garantee BMW has on everything.
I figured with the garantee and my discount they were worth a try and I must say they are the best gloves I have ever had.April 20, 2010 at 10:59 pm #143363My bullpit gloves lasted about 8 months with plenty of hard work deflecting all sorts of nastys. :cheer: I’m in the process of getting some new ones and i will NOT wear gloves without knuckle protectors from here on as i believe they actually saved me from lossing a couple of fingers on my last ride.Protection over rules comfort…but they are comfortable anyway.
A litle pic of my finger saving gloves. And yes…that is blood…ewww:woohoo:
April 21, 2010 at 1:40 am #176640Nasty Stuff Bullocks, nasty stuff indeed.
My pants have 1/2 a dozen good rides now and maybe 2-3 lowsides under the belt, I don’t think thy’re going to last like my old Fox ones but are definitely doing better than the sons Shift or the Daughters Oneals at twice the price, and I notice there is a new design on the website, so maybe this has been noted, but I only paid $65 delivered so…………
The gloves… well I have three pairs (two pairs were freebies) and i alternate between them, a little stitching has come away on one pair between the forefinger and thumb, but no holes yet, (and this was the original too small pair) still comfortable as hades and as Bolls stated, protection is outstanding. In all honesty value for money they are the Snizz, and Mark from Bulpitt told me any problems let them know as if they don’t know they can’t improve, I’ll give them another go as they evolve and get better cause it’s an Aussie company just seting out and they’ve done right by me, including phone calls and emails to check on the product suitability.
Unlike overseas companies which on a whole, are non-contactable.

Spot on Blue.
I have just purchased a new set off kevlar knuckled gloves, riding pants and jersey for $158.90,with free postage and handling :cheer:
I emailed Mark the other day and his sectretary emailed me back with all the information i required as Mark was out riding  …Good on him i say…must have been out testing some of his gear !!!!
They are a pleasure to deal with and their gear is good quality.
I would rather be riding around in gear that i have confidence in.
Don’t get me wrong ,there is alot of good gear out there with a good brand name to it,but there is also a fair bit of riding gear with a flashy brand attached to it that is crap at twice the price :ohmy:I’m gonna look sooooo sexy all dressed in white….Holy even !!!!
Bol :woohoo:
April 21, 2010 at 3:40 am #176642White? Not gunna look sexy for long mate, not with the amount of time you spend on the ground, white on a dirt bike rider is a bit like a red rag to a bull too.
