The old bus was getting hard to start when cold so I checked the usual things, ending with the glow plugs (cause they’re a bit hard to get to). Turns out two of the four were open circuit. Yay. Worked my way from front to rear and found the last does not want to come out as easily as the others.

I think I made an error in removing them with the engine cold. But in any case it’s sitting there in the shed with some WD40 soaking. I don’t want to break the thing off in the head, I’d be in a world of hurt if I did that!

Because the last one is not faulty (yet) I’m thinking of leaving that puppy in and just replacing the other three!

    Any tips?

Get it towed to nearest Toyota dealer & get that new one you’ve been looking at

    Cheers,

    What he said… NOW! ;)

And I’d ditch the white walls… would improve resale ( maybe double it) instantly!
