Glue and/or adhesives

The SC2000 glue is the go, a little trick I use when having to use it, apply the glue to both surfaces let them completely tack off and then use a heat gun to bring the temp up then push them together, Bobs your uncle, Jobs done:laugh:

Have tried Sikaflex on several occaisions and can tell it doesn’t work for very long. I have just used some Selleys Shoe Glue on Taylah’s boots and they seem to be holding together OK.

So who can recomend something that will hold them together, as they are the most comfortable boots that I have ever had and I want to keep using them.

Try this trick (should work)
Drink copiuos amount of my friend (Dr tooheys or your prefered choice of grog)
1 place foot in boot
2 put boot with foot in it on bench (toes pointing up)
3 ring mate with a nail gun(ramset is the prefered brand)
4 stategicly place end of nail gun wher sole is lifting
5 Fire
6 Boot fixed and is still the most comfortable boots that I have ever had

What should one do when the effects of the copious anmounts of VB wears off?
How do I get KylieD to accept the fact that I will not be taking my boots off to go to bed?
What do I do when the boots do wear out and my bones have become one with the Paslode nail?

Just warn KylieD shes gunna need a new man in about 6 months and alls sweet as for the other minor issues Im sure some one from this site has ideas.

I should last longer than 6 months if I use stainless nails in the Paslode I would imagine.

I supose you should spare no expense on the nail. plus stainless won`t rust and pollute our waterways when you do a creek crossing, thank you for considering the enviroment:P
