    Hi Eagle ’02,

How are you travelling after the op? … How long has it been??
This is the hard bit cause you don’t want to do anything that upsets the graft… take it easy and if you keep doing the right thing it will come good with time.

This is the time to take up knitting….. joke!!.. but I did find other things that kept me busy. I did mine kitesurfing so I spent my days in a brace walking up and down the sand teaching people how to kitesurf… it was funny on sand with crutches but definately got to meet alot of guys… hahaha.

    Good luck….

Keep up with the ice to help with the inflamation…. better than popping anti inflam pills.

    :) Hi there Kat,,,

Travelling not too bad I suppose,,
Got chopped Monday arvo, no grafts, just stitched the meniscus back together & removed cyst!!

The leg muscles are now all tight, especially behind the knee
I can walk slowly with slight bend still in the joint, after a while it gets a bit better, but then after rest its back to square 1
Have been doing the required exercises when I remember

Back to work Tuesday night, so hopefully if I persist I will be right by then :) :)

    Cheers

 That is no good Corey,,,,
Watch it with those clots mate, bad news they are (I`m sure you know all about them anyway)

Makes it sort if impossible to wear stocking too with your leg in a cast & all hey ???
All the best for a safe & speedy recovery mate ;)

As for me going back to work Tuesday,, Lucky I am on Doggy with not too many people around cause & I will be able to take it a bit easy if ya know what I mean
I think I will still be a bit sore by then

    Cheers

I hope the two of you get well soon and make a quick recovery. I rode today but I took it easy and I am good at falling off but it can all go wrong real quick so remember when you get well and get back on the bike to think about stuff before it happens and corey8 get rid of that bloody posthole digger they are dangerous
