AnonymousI just take my goggles off and complain like the pom that I am. I normally end up with a nice lantana rip across my face too. Just like at Wauchope
April 2, 2009 at 10:34 pm #127900Mr Sheen, I rode a bike to work and back for years in tropical weather, and solved this years ago, see “Mr Sheen” is the go, rain-x is good and the little bottles of Visor anti-fog also passable, bt “Mr sheen” is better value and works great, and you can shine your house after as well.

Same Same here Mr Blue I use the little bald man with Glasses when I feel dirty!
Moto, I have noticed on rides and in life that you dont need a goggle problem to whinge mate

April 2, 2009 at 11:19 pm #127911Maybe the answer for Moto is to spray Mr Sheen directly onto his eyeballs, he will always have a “sparkle” then and if he whines, well he has a legit reason…after all it is twice as expensive as black and gold.
Or try it on his seat, mate of mine did that on a ZZR1100, was as funny as hell the whole day watching him trying to stay on the seat everytime he gave it a bit.

April 3, 2009 at 2:03 am #127914I have huge goggle problems as a rule. Firstly I wear glasses and my prescription is such that I cannot get contacts. Which leaves OTG goggles. Then if it gets wet (or damp… or cool… or I get hot… or warm… or go near the goggles) the goggles fog and my glasses follow suit.
I have tried Rainx on the goggles and wasn’t impressed. Same thing for spit and Mr Sheen. Can’t use ‘substances’ on the lens of my glasses as they are anti-scratch anti-reflection coated somehow and it isn’t good to go slathering stuff on there. I have bought an anti-fog lens for my OTG’s and I’ll see how it goes. I hope it works. :S
Recently I got new glasses. The pair I got are a bit wider than the old ones and don’t fit as nicely under the goggles. Its a conspiracy I tells ya!
I think I’ll just poke my eyes out myself now and be done with it! I’m selling tickets to all who want to watch. Extra cost if you want to laugh!
April 3, 2009 at 2:07 am #127937I will take two tickets with extra laughing, front row please, PM for banking details
