    Just wondering what type of grease peoples use on their bikes ?

    Most Marine Grease is good, stay away from the clay based (cream coloured) ones. Most are a translucent colour blue or red.

    Some people I’ve heard use an EP grease like Alvania SDX2, my experience with earthmoving equipment is this stuff sticks like shit & doesn’t wash out, a little goes a long way & I’d hate to be washing needle rollers out before repacking.

    I’ll stick to ShellMarine or Nulon

    I use the nulon L80 grease and have always found it good. Seeing as i always string out my services, i make sure i use the good stuff.

    Truck and farm grease from supercheap

    I use it in my linkages and even after 12months of riding (and I do a bit :laugh: ) and pressure washing when stripped it was all still there. Didn’t even need doing really :huh:
    My linkage bearings are original thats 4 years and 32000 + kms
