    Disclaimer for Dr D

    * This is not a paid ride, there is no money changing hands its just Chris going for a ride and you have decided to follow. Chris is not responsible for you, your bike or your belongings. If you are not happy at any stage with any part of the ride, you are free to leave and not participate, remember you are joining me of you own free will. If you have a friend that’s a fancy talking lawyer stay home with him and have fun together.

    * This is a trail ride, sort of an adventure tour as such, don’t see the word race there do you? No because its not a race. If you are a hero racer or a hero stay home with old mate and his lawyer buddy. (besides Chris is the fastest, he is the only one that knows the way )
There are many hidden obstacles, rocky sections, blind crests and curves, it will be dusty please ride within your limit, if you feel you are slow (not that you will be) you will be faster then a guy laying on ground waiting for help, don’t spoil it for yourself and everybody else.

    * If you ride in such a way as to endanger yourself or anyone else on the ride you will be told to leave, this includes passing people and such trail ethics, Chris’s decision is final if you dont like this or anything else here DONT COME

Old Bulls must also state that this is NOT an organised event and that no organisational function is undertaken or initiated by Old Bulls with respect to such rides. There are no set tracks/ routes and members ride at their own time and discretion. Old Bulls forum is a medium used for organizing rides by members and in attendance Old Bulls takes no responsibility or liability for injury or damage to persons or personal property that may occur

    Geez I hate disclaimers.

But in the spirit of things I’ll add one of my own…

Lunch will be supplied (at a price set by the bloke you’ve chosen to follow I expect.)

The items used to cook your lunch may be hot. You may not be able to see the heat. Someone may not advise you that certain items are hot. There may not be warning signs to advise you of said heat. Hot things may cause you or your machine damage either partial or total.

Conversely, you may at some point be offerred a cool beverage. The said beverage may cause discomfort to your hands if held for extended periods. Although this act may not cause temporary or permanent damage or injury, your feelings may be hurt or you may be scoffed at should you complain.

All food stuffs are prepared by professionals. Unfortunately, cooking is not one of their professions. You should be aware that you may not like your food. It is not wise to take up you complaint with any of the cooks who have available to them bladed implements that may cause you harm.

Your food may or may not be hot. There are no provisions available to mark your food’s temperature. You should check the temperature of your food prior to consumption. No person may be held responible for either your chosen method of temperature checking or your inability to accurately check said temperature. Thus resulting in an injury to yourself or another person.

If you fall ill as a result of your consumption of any foodstuffs provided. The cook will eneavour after 200 years or so, to render you an apology. No apology or in fact any admission of fault will be made prior to expiration of the referred period.

The person preparing your food (hereinafter referred to as the cook) may choose at any point to move the kitchen without warning or notification. Should any change occur it is your responsibility to find the cook.

No claim should be made against the cook based upon his or her level of intoxication.

    I kill me sometimes.

I went out and picked up some sticks so we should be good for a little fire for cooking only ;)
