If you are going south neer port ill weld it have a mig but no tig yet

I can make it happen in Coffs in the morning if it needs to be done, I used to be service manager of a workshop there, as you told me last friday night you are in the trade, so I can have the shop opened so you can repair yourself or I can have my guys repair and bill TB. dont want to tell you how to suck eggs but i have tightend them by removing the gear leaver then gently squash the gap together in a vise and run a hack saw down the gap to widen it but some times it can crack the boss also this only works when there is no gap when the bolt is fully tightened but is a better option than welding the gear stick on as this makes it hard to get the side case offJanuary 24, 2009 at 10:46 am #119446Trailboss wrote:

January 24, 2009 at 10:49 am #119447Yeah Bull thats how I got my old XL250 home once from St Aburns, I dont how bad it is, he said it was just loose, I said some clamp some vice grips to get home before welding, hoping that you could repair before welding
