Hi Guys just stumbled across the forum looking for TT600 help

I live south of Wollongong right near the beach Port Kembla/Warrawong area.
I’ve got 1 TT600 83′ that I’m having trouble with and an 86 TT600 that is about to have an XT600e motor installed

    Hi siimsdita
Thanks for the intro. We have plenty of members down your way. As for TT600 help, Mucoff Mike has just done a restoration on one.
Check out the thread in the Yamaha section, he has done a great job. As for yours, what sort of help are you looking for? I had one many years ago.
    Cheers

Welcome to this crazy site ;)
I had a brand new TT600 some time in the late 80’s
Bugger of a thing to start when it was hot ;)
Did enjoy it though, would out pull most bikes of its era and probably do bloody good in this era
Good luck with the conversion mate
    Cheers

    P.S.
    Do ya surf at all???
Just asking because of a trip Mal5.1 and me took down your way to do some rockclimbing at Mt Kirra many moons ago.
Did some great climbs but the highlite was Windang Island offshore at 8ft +
Sorry Mal but your right, it might of been a bit too big for a learner on a boogie board
    Ya lived though :P :P
    Cheers

Riggs & I are in the Gong too. Gosh, there’s a few of us now. Maybe we should try and all get a ride happening down our way.
