Hey Ecks, would you have preferred that ride on your ex-banana or the WR, just curious is all.

I was happy on my DRZ all weekend. I could chug up the rocky hills with ease, was cumfy cruising through the farm country and on the open dirt roads the speedo spent a bit of time above 140  lucky no cops around hey ,:). Even loved the single track at the end, still felt like I could keep going no probs.

I was completely knackerd by that stage just kept thinking don’t crash and do a moto so took it very very easily, I think even if I could do 140kms it would scare the crap out of me, Maybe playing around with the rear sprocket for the next long ride might help. Or maybe just get a 450 as well or a 2nd hand DRZ for the longer rides, like that’ll happen.

    Cheers
    Chris.

ROFL!! Now here’s an idea: TB, at the Wauchope ride put a helmet cam on Mick’s helmet…. but put it so we can see his face!

Actually that’s not a bad idea! Interesting to see how we look when we are riding – race face, panic, sheey joy, who knows?!:)
