I have spent the day on my back watching the Le Mans

Apart from surfing I also spent a bit of time today giving my litttle Yami some TLC after I dropped it twice on a local hill (the Widow Maker) yesterday.
The first time I got bucked off the back and the bike came up and over me whilst standing on the edge of one very steep rock hill. The bike hit hard but wore it well. The second time I got deflected across the face and ended up having to drag it around while it was laying on it’s side. It was making some horrible grinding noises but I had no choice. If I had picked it up facing up the hill and even breathed on the clucth it would have rolled to the bottom.
The vid below shows my second failed attempt. As all photography it does not show the true pitch but trust me it is steep! The top in the footage is a false face as it rears up again after this:ohmy:

I managed to drag her around and rode back down to line up for a third attempt. This time I made it :woohoo:

Today I went solo for an explore in the Watagans to test my new jetting setup B) and to explore some trails that I havnt ridden for a real long time (and niether has anyone else from the looks of em  )

Had an interesting moment when I had nowhere to go due to the decimation of a low lying creek area on Daniels point Rd caused by high traffic flows of 4×4’s

Nah Eags yours was just a puddle those wheel tracks are 2 feet deep!! The mud in front is literally quick sand I couldnt lift the rear wheel had to lift the front and lever it around  Ask anyone who has gone thru there and they will tell you how badly the 4×4’s have totally stuffed it up  I had to make a totaly new track around thru some pristine Lantana to get thru
