    Well as I had hoped,
Things are finally on the up!!!

Secured the job yesterday arvo at second interview :woohoo: Waiting for contract to be drawn up and a medical next week. Looking to start Monday week.
Looks like the 690 can stay in the shed B)

Wifes surgeons follow up visit tomorrow to get the lowdown on follow up treatment plan. Initial results show that they got all the tumour with last weeks surgery and the Lymph Nodes look clear, but,,,
It was an aggressive type of cancer and placed at Grade 3 so still a nervous wait until tomorrow.

    Thanx Bones,
Things came back today not as we would have liked, but not a total surprise.

Surgeon is happy he got all the affected area and nodes were clear, however due to the aggressive type of cancer ,being Grade 3 and a couple of other factors,,,
She needs to have Chemo, Radio & Hormone therapy for the next 6 months :S
Chemo to start in a fortnight for 3 months, Radio for 3 moths after that and Hormone treatment for 5-10 yrs.

Looks like she will be giving up her 2 days a week work (lucky my new job starts soon)

We will be ok, family are prepping to rally around and support her while I get back to work.
Just no big ride plans for me for the rest of the year, which is the scenario I had already put in place & accepted anyway
