Well as the title says here is how to re-bush your Pivot Pegz. Since I made the video I have discovered that they have in fact done more then 18,000kms. What would I do different? I would pull them apart and grease the more often to tell the truth, its very easy as you can see ;) Sorry about the camera work its not perfect and hard when you are on you’re own

Parts needed, a rebuild kit which includes, split pins, washers, nuts and bushes. I also purchased a bush removal and installation tool which makes life so easy

if you buy the overhaul kit direct, they now throw in the tool
Also make sure you service them as the shaft can not be purchased separately

Great Vid TB. I Got a set of what I thought were Pivot Pegz ages ago.I got them second hand because a guy tried them but could not get used to them on a MX track. They look sort of the same. But no writing on them. ?Mk1. I took mine off and greased them about 6mths ago. I put the same o rings back in.Yes they were not in top condition but they are still sort of working. But after watching this I will try to get some sort of kit to service them properly. The nut looked more lile a nylock nut not a specially knurled one.
