Buy Husaberg and keep the blue and yellow. Buy Husqvarna and keep the logo. Fire most the staff and make one bike 👿

Hope this means they will heavily discount the current 2/ range.
    Wouldn’t mind a cheap 300.

Happy days! Could even jump start some tech improvements for the aging 2T design. I know that sounds like it’s going against the “low cost” attractiveness of the class but they really need to catch up when it comes to emissions for example. Read: DI. Should still be low(er) overall running cost than 4T.

I’m really confused about this. KTM axes Husaberg because it’s a low volume seller and it competes with the KTM. I know KTM/Berg dealers who have been repremanded for selling TOO MANY Husabergs.
What will stop Husqvarna dealers from competing with KTM dealers on the same product? Won’t it just evolve into the same situation as Husaberg vs. KTM in a few years?
Badge engineering has always been problematic (Toyota Lexen et al)
    Watching with interest….

And w ho knows if the class grows legs they might be able to compete against the 450 4T
IMO i think the 300 is the 2 stroke to take on the 450s in mx class the 450s have had millions thrown at them and go very very well, I see at plenty of club days 250 smokers giving it to the 450s in open and winning by half a lap but when everyones as talented as each other like in the pro classes i think the 450s just have an edge over the 250 just 50 cc more and a bit of development of some sort would pull the 450s in.

    BRING BACK THE SMOKERS
