May 5, 2011 at 11:44 am #200631Looks interesting Ian bloody 350 smoker would have some nuts for sure  that thing would pull the bend out of a river

May 5, 2011 at 1:29 pm #200633That expansion chamber would be gone on the first decent log without putting the mother of all bashplates on it. Its obviously designed only for blokes that can ride soley on the back wheel wherever there are obstacles, which certainly leaves me out.
May 5, 2011 at 5:40 pm #200635not quite there snowy havent you seen the whips pipe guard i already have on the ktm ,there is help for the likes of us out there

May 6, 2011 at 4:26 pm #200639Good to see, bout time someone got back into true big-bore smoking, on the expansion chamber thing I have done a few in over the years, but never squished one badly in one go, it’s all about timing and technique…
put a few tyres in the backyard and practice, if you can’t loft a 2t over something like a tyre… well need I say any more.
go the huskies, only problem with them is hit & miss QA lately
May 6, 2011 at 6:57 pm #200619Had been doing some research into this rumoured new beast and from what i found so far its the old 360 slipped back into the current 300 frame. Cafe Husky has a thread on it and the 360 fans have spotted the chamber as being the same. Doesn’t matter either way its interesting if it hits the dealers here. And ironic that husky would have a re-invented 4T and a retro 2T.
May 23, 2012 at 10:46 pm #200620Sounds good but that pic looks like a tarted up WR250/300 that’s a current model. It does look trick though with bare metal pipe and red clamps etc.
We actually have one o these left in a 2011 which is $9,990 ride away with 12 months reg n warranty!May 23, 2012 at 11:45 pm #200630Why don’t you get a sex change while your at it, ya goose

May 25, 2012 at 9:18 pm #200622I’d buy it on the spot for that! we sold an 09 last week for $5500 and the bloke drove up from Newcastle. At least we will trade them in unlike the majority of KTM dealers who must be scared lol

Its a shame Husky dont have a higher profile than they do, they make some nice rides. If we had a dealer nearby Id consider one as many would also agree.
