AnonymousIt was very hot, everyone did well just to turn up and have a go knowing how hot it was going to be.
Credit to the moto dads too Mick, Moose Puddles and Rat as they had been there all day looking after there kids since 6:00am. I didn’t rock up until gone eight and they had kids that had done a race already.
November 22, 2009 at 9:24 am #162253Well Done everyone!!!!
I can’t believe anyone would race on a day like today – a massive congratulations!!!!!
Champo & I briefly thought about going riding this afternoon but the beach won the toss!!!
Enjoy your wins – they were truly earned!!!

AnonymousCongratulations to the Old Bulls that raced today. Certainly a day for the hardcore.
A big congratulations to my pommy mate.
I guess I have no chance of keeping up with you now that you have a title under your belt. Your still a big mole face, but very deserving of your victory today. Go and have another beer you deserve it.November 22, 2009 at 9:38 am #162298Here are the pics from the Pony Express.
We had to be there early to sign the young bulls in.6.30am Then we set up the OBT head quarters

The 65cc and the 65cc start line

The kids didn’t do a Le Mans start, they did the classic hand on the head.

Moose was pit crew for his boys.

Things are going well.

Dave,as usual was running around like a chook with its head cut off. Here he is fueling Sam,most of it ended up on the ground..LOL.

Puddles doing his best to cool his daughter Jamie down.

Despite the heat the kids did well.
November 22, 2009 at 9:40 am #162299That would have made some exciting viewing,,,
