August 8, 2008 at 7:32 pm #106215As it turns out Secret Squirrel isn’t the only one privy to a bit of gossip. Working in the Newspaper industry gives me a lot of contact with collegues in other areas.
Here is a juicy tidbit sent to me by my friends at the Blue Mountains Gazette. It appears that our very own Trailboss, after getting blown away in last years motard races by his “colourful friends”
A race which happens to be Sponsored by his favourite Restaurant…..
Was snapped, by one of the Gazette’s photographers out on the XR, already training for next years event……..
My man on the ground down there, also informs me the XR has been tricked up to the max and will take some beating next year………here is another paparatzzi shot of the XR in Motard trim….
August 8, 2008 at 11:02 pm #106317That hurts, what have I done and why did the paper publish the shots when they saud they wouldnt?

Na mate, after a heap of trips to Japan I love scooters. I have seen scooters on the streets in Japan that will beat a 250 motocrosser off the mark.

How do you know about Rapongi Hills in Tokyo? Any manner of shit goes down there, if there is a place in the world that really goes off, it is there. A laugh a minute.

AnonymousGreat work Mick, stick it to Trailboss mate. He’s got nothing.
Although you should be careful, as my man on the ground on the north coast spotted you yesterday trying to clutch start a KTM990 Adventure with a flat battery in the main street of Wauchope.
From all reports you weren’t having much luck either. Maybe you should have gotten your son to ride while you pushed the heavy big thing, not the other way round. Also we are told the street now has several big black hackers on the tar from the compression lock ups, when you let the clutch out on your many failed attempts.
By standers also reported that you uttered something like (quote) “F#*king European Shit”, more than once.
Although that is not confirmed, I can quite believe it.
What’s the go there? Doesn’t the big pumpkin have a kick starter?? -
