    4 mil sounds about the size of one out of a grease nipple,,,oww can I SAY NIPPLE ON HERE LOL.

    Thanks guys awesome effort so far! I’m 99% sure that I hadn’t taken the clutch slave cyl out at that point but I’ll take a look to be sure. I noticed yesterday that a rod had slid out of the clutch a bit and just slid it back in but don’t know if that’s a problem.

    I thought the same about the ratchet and looked at one of them but I’ll take another look at them and be sure.

    Does anyone have a jig made up for working on their bike like this? I’ve knocked the bloody thing off the stand twice now – first time it smashed my plastic draw which I was using as a bolt tray and the second time it belted my fold out tool box so I had to panel beat that.

    Ballards have a nice unit for about $230+delivery which is a scissor jack and looks to clamp onto the foot pegs. I’m just spending Australia out of the recession lately and I’m also looking at knee braces and a trailer so I was hoping for something a little cheaper.
