:D looks look you’ll have plenty of time to admire. Try not to watch too much riding on tv/dvd, only makes it harder lol.

Nice, I keep looking at MX bikes too. I should really try a MX race first though, it will be funny lining up on the 570 with a headlight  I keep thinking about a trials bike too, very tempted and great for the skills B)

So how’d did the crash happen? On the MX track or on a ‘private track’ out the back of your place? I hope it wasn’t a mistimed jump on the track

No it was a stupid little minuscule tree felled down on a track on the Bago ride … I rev and drop the clutch to pop the front wheel over it, rear wheel spins in the wet clay, front wheel doesn’t even leave the ground but of course follows [said] stupid little minuscule twig across the trail …. I go down SPLAT, straight on my shoulder! An embarrassing (in front of everyone) and stupid “little” crash but it hurt like f*ck :pinch: :pinch:

I wish I had a better story to tell

Motocross injuries are yet to come I guess :S :S But at least they’ll be a better story

My collar bone was a similar unspectacular experience. I hit a hard to see branch and it sent me over. It’s often the small crashes that do the damage.

A mate of mine had to have a full knee reco after putting his foot down when coming to a stop at an intersection on a gravel road you could drive your car down. his foot got caught on a rock doing about 3 km/h but it was enough to tweak his knee.
He didn’t ride for over 12 months from that one :(

You’ll be back soon razzle :)
